Is it too much of a video game taboo to say that I never actually enjoyed the exploration aspects of the Final Fantasy series? I normally enjoy expansive role-playing games and was compelled enough to explore every inch of the Fallout and Oblivion universes, but I've always found the Final Fantasy environments to be a little empty and lifeless by comparison.
