Rock Band 3 has been announced for release worldwide this autumn.

No new features have been confirmed yet and there are no screenshots or even so much as a logo.

According to the rumourmill though the game is likely to include options for a new keyboard controller. Despite suggestions that EA are losing interest in the series they will still be distributing the game for MTV Games.
