Officials at Sedgefield have called a precautionary inspection for 8am ahead of the meeting scheduled for Tuesday.

Ludlow will also check conditions at 8am on raceday morning ahead of their fixture on Wednesday.

Sedgefield's clerk of the course Charlie Moore said: "We're forecast zero to 2C, which would be fine, but there's the risk of more snow showers and it may settle."
